Cardio Combat
Cardio Combat combines kicks, punches, and stances; developed from a range of self-defence and disciplines, including Kickboxing, Karate, Tai Chi, and Tae Kwondo.

Cardio Combat is a high energy, fat burning, cardio workout. Combining aerobics and martial arts techniques to help you kick and punch your carlories away. After a few sessions with Rebecca you will be feeling stronger, slimmer and have a more tone body.
Your Instructor
Rebecca Still worked as a professional dancer for 10 years on the international circuit. Working for many prestifious companies including Disney.
Now Rebecca works as a full time Fitness Instructor. She has 8 years experience teaching Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Pump, Body Balance, RPM, Spin, Pilates and Zumba.
