I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years now.
During this time, I have gained valuable experience in a variety of training techniques, which have added new weapons to my arsenal and helped people like you achieve their goals.
I’m not your “conventional” Personal Trainer; it’s not just pushing weights or running on the treadmill with me.
Your workouts will be fun and unique, using tried and tested methods, to maximise the goals you’re chasing.
I also have nutritional experience, which includes helping people with weight loss and weight gain.
I’ll ensure your diet isn’t boring. One of my biggest assets is being a competitor in martial arts, so I know the ups and downs of the training process.

It’s important to understand the benefits of exercising and looking after yourself, which is especially important in a country where over half the population is either obese or overweight.
This leads to more serious health conditions and my aim is to help prevent this.
