Gabrielle Lewis has been teaching yoga since 2014, practised for over a decade and is a qualified yoga therapist.
She studied at Yogacampus, on a course that is accredited with the British Council of Yoga Therapy and meets the National Occupational Standards for yoga therapy upheld by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
Inspired by the deeply nourishing practice and healing potential of yoga therapy Gabrielle’s teaching style evolved to become more therapeutic in nature.
Gabrielle’s classes encourage you to understand the mind-body connection. The breath is a vital component to a yoga practice and therapy session as it leads us towards, experiencing a harmonious relationship with all aspects of our being, understanding the innate intelligence of the physical body and uncovering our essence nature.
