At Unique Boxing our classes are open to all ages — both males and females are welcome from 13 years old upwards. Whether you want to get fit, lose weight, learn to punch properly, or step into competition, our coaches will get you there.
Classes are available on a flexible pay-as-you-go basis or with a monthly membership, with no joining fees and no long-term contracts. Just turn up and train.
All sessions are led by our C.R.B. registered, fully qualified instructors who bring real competitive boxing experience to every class.

Equipment hire and water bottles are available at the gym. Wear cool, breathable clothing — loosely fitted shorts or tracksuit bottoms and a workout top. Trainers are fine for boxing classes.
Our adult classes are open from 13 years old upwards, with no upper age limit. Both males and females are welcome. We also run separate kids classes for younger children.
Boxing is easy to pick up but a challenge to master due to the intricate techniques involved. Our coaches break everything down step by step, so beginners progress quickly and more experienced students are always finding new levels to reach.
Absolutely. We recommend aiming for 2 to 3 classes per week if you're serious about getting in shape. Combined with the conditioning work in every session, members regularly see significant results within weeks.
Wear cool, breathable clothing as you'll sweat a lot. Loosely fitted shorts or tracksuit bottoms, a workout top and trainers are ideal. Boxing gloves are required — hire is available at the gym if you don't have your own yet.
