Our adult kickboxing classes in Chatham are designed to welcome everyone — from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Whether you want to get fit, lose weight, learn self-defence, or compete, we have a class for you.
Classes are available on a flexible pay-as-you-go basis or with a monthly membership, with no joining fees and no long-term contracts. Just turn up and train.

Every session is structured to give you a thorough workout while progressively building your skills. Here's what a typical class looks like:
Equipment hire and water are available at the gym if needed. Wear loose clothing — shorts or tracksuit trousers and a t-shirt. No trainers are permitted on the mats during sessions.
Our classes are priced at £10 per session on a pay-as-you-go basis, which is excellent value compared to many gyms. Monthly memberships are available at £45 for unlimited access to all adult classes, with couples and family discounts also available.
Classes begin with a light jog and thorough full-body stretch. Once warmed up, we move into basic kicks and punches, then build into combination work and partner drills. Every session finishes with conditioning exercises. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and experience.
Please bring boxing gloves, shin guards, a water bottle and a towel. If you don't yet have equipment, we can arrange hire at the gym. Wear loose, comfortable clothing such as shorts or tracksuit trousers and a t-shirt. Please note that trainers are not permitted on the mats.
Absolutely. Kickboxing is one of the best cardio workouts available and can burn a significant number of calories in a short space of time. Combined with the full-body conditioning we do in every class, members regularly see excellent results in a matter of weeks.
Not at all. Our classes are open to complete beginners and our instructors will guide you through every technique at your own pace. Many of our most dedicated members started with no martial arts background whatsoever.
