Here at Unique Gym, we introduce kids to the exciting world of Dutch style kickboxing, a dynamic blend of techniques from Kyokushin karate, Western boxing, and Muay Thai. Unlike Western style kickboxing, Dutch kickboxing allows for controlled kicks to the legs, head, and body, along with explosive boxing combinations, creating a thrilling and engaging experience for young martial artists.
For beginners, our classes are completely safe and non-contact, ensuring a positive introduction to kickboxing under the watchful eyes of our qualified trainers. Once kids have mastered the basics, they can progress to light, supervised sparring.

Kids kickboxing FAQ
Our classes are priced at £10 per session, which is much cheaper than the expensive rates you will find in London.
Monthly memberships cost £45 for adults and this provides unlimited access to any available class, including kickboxing. Couples and families can also enjoy great discounts.
Please bring boxing gloves, shin guards, a water bottle and towel, which helps maintain our hygiene standards. But if you’re new to kickboxing or forgot something, you can buy a water bottle or rent equipment from us.
We recommend wearing loose clothing like shorts or tracksuit trousers and a t-shirt. You should not wear trainers during the session.
